The item was way too big for a woman - the 3XL definetely sized for a man - way long arms and way wide across the shoulders. When I asked about returning it, Roni's Casual Wear stated they charge 15% restocking fee (in addition to the non-refundable shipping fee). Not worth it.

Description of Port Authority Seattle Slicker (J771) Available in 4 Colors

This slicker is great for a blustery day. It has a storm flap, easily adjustable cuffs with Velcro closures, hood with toggle drawcord, zip-close exterior pockets, interior pocket with Velcro closure and an open hem. PVC coated nylon shell repels rain and wind. Interior mesh nylon lining and mesh grommets allow for air circulation.
